Jira Issues macro is not being created on the page

The functionality needed is provided by a system app called 'Jira Macros'. Check that it is enabled.
To make the macro unavailable on your site, you can disable the 'Jira Macros' app.

JCreate is not shown when highlighting text

Check for the following conditions:

• Jira is not available

• The user doesn't have Create permissions in Jira

• Text Select is not enabled in your profile settings
