Easily create issues in Jira while working in Confluence

The jcreate macro adds the Jira “JCreate” button to your Confluence page.

Each button will have an issue counter next to it, showing how many issues were created from it.

  1. Add the macro where you need it

  2. Publish the page

  3. Press the button and Configure its parameters:

    1. Project

    2. Issue Type

    3. Button display text (default: “Jcreate”)

    4. Summary prefix

    5. Check the checkbox for showing the created issues in a table, if un-checked you can press the issue count to see them

 4. Start Creating issues - JCreate will provide the full Jira create issue screen with all fields!

and start to create issues!

In order to associate the new issues the Confluence page, make sure to provide Confluence app Id in JCreate configuration.
