RTL panel should be auto added to all issues in your site after installation |
To manually add the panel:
Open a single issue view
Find the RTL Description icon under the Issue Summary and click on it
Click on the editor area under ‘RTL Description’ header (will become grey when hovering over it) in order to edit the text
Click on save
