  1. Install JCreate app on your Confluence site

  2. Install JCreate app on your Jira Site

  3. Go to JCreate for Confluence Settings Page and set Confluence app id to create valid remote links between the issues and the page

You can get the App ID by browsing <your site address>/rest/applinks/1.0/applicationlink, and get the Confluence application link ‘id’ parameter.
