Create Linked Issue

Use Create linked issue to quickly create and link a new issue with pre-defined project and issue type from an existing issue.

Issue linking allows you to create an association between two issues. For example:

Your JIRA administrator can customize the types of links that you can create.

To create links on issues, you need to have the Link Issues permission in the project(s) to which the issues belong.
